Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with the items you receive, and we've made our return process easy for you.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact our After-Sale Customer Service by emailing service@iprintsy.com to request permission for return and refund/exchange according to our policy below.

  2. Ensure the item(s) are in their original packaging and securely seal the parcel. Please email us the return/exchange information (Details Below).

  3. Choose a trackable postal service to send back your return package. We are not responsible for package loss or damage during transit, so we recommend adding insurance for safekeeping.

  4. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within seven days of receipt of your package.

  5. We do not accept returns for products that are not broken or delivered incorrectly.

Return/Exchange Information

To process your return/exchange, please provide the following information in your email:

  1. Order No. (e.g., SS0001)
  2. Item No. (e.g., PRL0001_GR_M, and the exchanged item No. if applicable)
  3. Quantity of each item
  4. Photo of the products you sent back
  5. Photo of the shipping label on the package sent to you by Iprintsy shop
  6. Photo of the shipping label inside the package you sent to the Iprintsy shop

Note: Returning to this address without Customer Services permission will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible for all losses and costs.

Return/Exchange Conditions

  1. We only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order.

  2. Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. 

  3. Our Customer Service Team must approve all returns. Do not send back items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Fee

  1. We cover the return shipping cost if the error is proven to be caused by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems, and other reasons accepted by our customer services team. In other cases, customers need to pay the return shipping fee. Upon receiving the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement. 

  2. You are responsible for the shipping fee if you wish to exchange an item due to an incorrect size or product choice. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund the original product cost. 

  3. We do not accept packages returned using the C.O.D. service.

Refunds/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within seven days of receipt of your package. We offer a full refund for items found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

Full Refunds

We offer a full refund on any items found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer's fault cannot apply for a refund. Please note the shipping fee is not refundable.

Partial Refunds 

We also offer a partial refund on returned items with some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs; Restocking will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. For free posts, consumers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
